o The U.S. Animal Law Center must approve merchandise and/or food prior to the event so there is little as possible duplication of goods, which will benefit all participants in the event.

o All non-profit and for –profit vendors/artists and organizations are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment and monies.

o All non-for profit and for profit vendors/artists and organizations must have adult supervision in attendance at all times.

o During the event, non-profit and for profit vendors/artist and organizations are responsible for setting up and being prepared to serve the public by 12:00 noon.

o Non-profit and For-profit vendors/artists and organizations are responsible for keeping their booth area clean and are responsible for picking up any litter or garbage in that area.

EXHIBITS…
•    Artists may check in the morning of July 9th, 2016 by 10:30 am. Your entry must be ready when the show begins at 12:00 Noon.
•    Please note that spaces will be on unleveled grass terrain. Each artist is responsible for his or her own display, which must be staffed by the artist at all times during the show hours. Volunteers will be available to assist for short periods of time.
•    Only original fine art may be exhibited. Commercially manufactured items or items made from commercial kits or molds are unacceptable. Photo-offset or digital reproductions of the artist’s original work may not be displayed or sold. This will be strictly enforced. (This includes T-shirts)
•    The U.S. Animal Law Center reserves the right to prohibit the display of any work which it determines at its discretion is without redeeming social value or work that is inconsistent with submitted images.  
Release of Liability: The U.S. Animal Law Center shall not be liable for any injury to Artist/Exhibitor, their personnel, agents or employees or for any damage or loss of Artist’s/Exhibitor's work, equipment or other personal property arising out of the above exhibitions/displays, the mounting and/or any other activities involved in the preparation and/or presentation of the exhibitions/displays. Artist/Exhibitor agrees to assume all risk of damage to or loss of his/her own art from whatever cause. Artist/Exhibitor further agrees to release and to hold harmless the entities listed on Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and The U.S. Animal Law Center, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers and agents from any and all liabilities and damages to art work and/or persons as a result of any part of Artist’s/Exhibitor's participation in the Exhibit.

Indemnification: Artist/Exhibitor shall indemnify, save and hold harmless The U.S. Animal Law Center, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers and agents and the participating exhibition venues from any and all claims, demands, causes of action and judgments, losses, costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees, arising due to the negligence of Artist/Exhibitor, their employees, agents or other personnel hereunder, including but not limited to any representation, warranty, term and/or condition of this Agreement.

Insurance: Artist/Exhibitor shall be solely and exclusively responsible to insure properly and adequately their work and property.  
•    Artists must present only their own work in their assigned space.
•    All artists will transact their own sales and are responsible for complying with the state and local sales tax regulations.

Submission of application indicates you, as a participating non-profit and for-profit vendor, are responsible for abiding by the city of Birmingham laws and regulations as well as The State of Alabama Department of Health (when providing food). The City of Birmingham and The U.S. Anima Law Center cannot be held liable for loss or damage to merchandise, equipment or injury.
